Overview

This role offers full nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support, allowing you to develop highly specialist skills including:
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilation support
- Seizure management
- PEG feeds
- Stoma care
… and more.
You will support a paediatric client with a congenital condition, assisting with ventilator management, PEG feeding, medication, mobility, and general independence, while collaborating closely with the family.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality complex care in the client’s home
- Support activities of daily living and mobility
- Monitor clinical interventions (ventilation, PEG feeds, medication)
- Work as part of a supportive, nurse-led team
- Make a meaningful difference every shift
