The Role: Care Assistant (Nights)
As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our residents and enhancing their quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and daily support
- Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing and social needs
- Assisting residents at mealtimes
- Building meaningful relationships with residents
- Maintaining and updating individual care plans
- Promoting dignity, comfort, and safety at all times
About You
We’re looking for compassionate individuals who genuinely want to make a difference.
You will need to:
- Be comfortable working long night shifts
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Engage positively with residents and their families
- Have an understanding of dementia care
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it
