Internship Overview
The Data & Analytics Summer Internship offers penultimate-year students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in applying analytics to complex business problems within consulting.
Over the 8-week programme (July–August 2026), interns will:
- Work with consulting project teams on real client and internal projects.
- Deliver impactful analytical insights that guide business decisions.
- Present work to senior leaders and partners at L.E.K.

Who We’re Looking For
L.E.K. is seeking penultimate-year students (preferably in STEM or technology-related fields) who demonstrate:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Intellectual curiosity and creativity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Interest or experience in data analysis, machine learning, or optimisation.
 Aiming for a 2:1 or higher is preferred but not required.
