We’re looking for a Search Production Agent – PLAS to join our dynamic team! This is your chance to play a key role in processing and managing property-related search orders while building strong client relationships and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
About this Role
In this role, you will oversee the completion of daily orders, tackle queries efficiently, and ensure clients receive outstanding service. Using a web-based system, you will research property records maintained by Local Authorities, compiling reports aligned with standards. Effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders will be at the heart of everything you do, ensuring that search orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Your responsibilities will include managing new orders, adhering to council procedures, and keeping systems updated with accurate search results. You’ll also be liaising with suppliers, team members, and clients to ensure smooth workflows and timely resolutions of any queries or complaints. This role offers plenty of variety, requiring a flexible and adaptable approach, as well as the ability to switch seamlessly between tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Success in this position will involve achieving performance targets, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of search conveyancing processes, and contributing to continuous improvement. You’ll also build positive relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring everyone is informed and supported throughout the search production process.

You’ll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working independently, as well as being enthusiastic about collaborating within a team.
