Location: Central London (Onsite)
Hours: Rostered shifts – 8:00am–4:30pm and 10:00am–6:30pm (5 days/week onsite)

Responsibilities
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the go-to person for all technical support and service desk needs, including:
- Operating and managing the Service Desk function for IT requests and incidents
- Logging, tracking, prioritizing, and resolving service tickets
- Escalating complex issues and ensuring SLA compliance
- Performing desktop checks, updates, and hardware troubleshooting
- Supporting meeting room and desk-side services
- Maintaining technology asset database and digital services catalogue
- Identifying and implementing service improvement initiatives
- Collaborating on project work and system enhancements
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of IT Service Desk experience
- Proficiency in:
- ITIL concepts and enterprise service management tools
- Remote support tools
- Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2016/365
- Laptop builds, hardware troubleshooting, and printer support
- Foundational knowledge in:
- IT networking, backup, and disaster recovery
- Active Directory & Azure AD
- Office365 Admin tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent attention to detail and procedure adherence
- Flexible and adaptable work ethic
- Willingness to develop deeper technical knowledge
