Location: Central London (Onsite)
Hours: Rostered shifts – 8:00am–4:30pm and 10:00am–6:30pm (5 days/week onsite)

 Responsibilities

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the go-to person for all technical support and service desk needs, including:

  • Operating and managing the Service Desk function for IT requests and incidents
  • Logging, tracking, prioritizing, and resolving service tickets
  • Escalating complex issues and ensuring SLA compliance
  • Performing desktop checks, updates, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Supporting meeting room and desk-side services
  • Maintaining technology asset database and digital services catalogue
  • Identifying and implementing service improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating on project work and system enhancements

 Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of IT Service Desk experience
  • Proficiency in:
    • ITIL concepts and enterprise service management tools
    • Remote support tools
    • Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2016/365
    • Laptop builds, hardware troubleshooting, and printer support
  • Foundational knowledge in:
    • IT networking, backup, and disaster recovery
    • Active Directory & Azure AD
    • Office365 Admin tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and procedure adherence
  • Flexible and adaptable work ethic
  • Willingness to develop deeper technical knowledge
