- Be the first point of support for our personal banking customers in our telephony team
- Deliver excellent customer service by keeping customer needs and financial goals in mind
- Training and support provided to achieve the Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking within the first two years

Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll:
- Support customers with banking transactions and inquiries
- Help customers understand and select the best banking options
- Educate customers about available products and services
- Build strong customer relationships through efficient and friendly service
- Resolve queries and improve customer processes for better satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of financial products to handle complex inquiries
Requirement
- Prior customer service experience (telephony preferred but not essential)
- A genuine passion for helping people
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Good organisation and willingness to learn new skills

Additional Details
- Working Hours: Rotational shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday (including some bank holidays)
