Role: DevSecOps Engineer
We are seeking a seasoned DevSecOps Engineer to embed security across the product lifecycle. You’ll drive a security-first culture, partner with engineering teams, and secure our production environments while empowering developers.
Reports to: SRE Lead
Base Location: London or Paris (with some flexibility for remote in UK/France)
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the DevSecOps roadmap
- Build and integrate security automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Implement SAST, DAST, SCA tools with minimal latency
- Manage Kubernetes RBAC, policies, secrets, and certificates
- Oversee security across the full SDLC (development to production)
- Ensure compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS benchmarks)
- Lead training and advocacy for secure coding and incident response
Example Projects
- CI/CD and build system improvements
- Automated vulnerability analysis
- Static/dynamic code analysis tool implementation
- Cloud registry optimization (Docker, Azure, GCP)
About You
- 7+ years in DevSecOps, DevOps, or SRE roles
- Skilled in scripting (Python, Go, Bash)
- Experience with CI/CD, containerization, IaC, observability
- Familiar with multi-cloud & on-premise environments
- Knowledge of OWASP, vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST/SCA
- Strong problem-solving, autonomy, and communication skills
- Startup mindset: high ownership, low ego, team spirit
