What You’ll Love Doing
- Working in cross-functional product teams, taking ideas from concept to deployment.
- Building user-facing AI-native products across the full stack (React/TypeScript frontend & Golang backend).
- Using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT as co-pilots in development.
- Collaborating with product and design to ship high-quality features quickly.
- Writing clear, maintainable code for humans and AI models alike.
- Contributing to engineering practices in an AI-first culture.
What We’re Looking For
- A product mindset with curiosity and commercial focus.
- Exposure to fullstack development on consumer-facing products (through internships, projects, or coursework).
- Excitement to learn and move between frontend and backend.
- Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and enthusiasm for AI-augmented workflows.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical rigour.
This Role Isn’t For You If
- You want fully remote work (we’re hybrid with 4 days in-office).
- You want to be handed tasks rather than solve ambiguous problems.
- You prefer staying in one lane — we value fullstack ownership.
- You’re looking for a slow-paced corporate environment.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary + stock options
- Private health & dental
- 12 annual mental health days + community volunteer day
