Role overview

We’re looking for a Systems Control and Data Operational Manager — someone who enjoys improving systems, analyzing data, and leading change.
In this role, you’ll manage a small team, work with software suppliers, and support the council’s data and reporting functions to drive smarter decisions.

 responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of analysts and testers to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Improving system functionality and aligning technology with business needs
  • Providing strategic insights and data analysis to support senior managers
  • Maintaining smooth operations in collaboration with software suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement across processes
