We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Business Administrator to support our sales operations, directors, and wider business. This varied and rewarding role involves managing customer accounts, coordinating product setups, maintaining accurate data, and supporting events and diary management.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage and maintain new and existing customer accounts using Sage 50 CRM. – Ensure accuracy and currency of customer data and account information. – Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches and updates. – Create and manage New Line Forms in Excel. – Provide day-to-day administrative support for management and directors. – Assist in planning and booking corporate events for staff and clients. – Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for sales and management teams. – Handle customer queries and ensure professional, efficient communication.

About You

– Minimum 5 years’ experience in business administration or sales support. – Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite. – Experience using Sage 50 CRM (or similar CRM systems). – Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. – Strong attention to detail and accuracy. – Professional communication skills and confidence when dealing with directors and clients. – Experience coordinating events or meetings is advantageous.
