About the Role
Shakur Group Credit Repair LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

 Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
  • Handle bookkeeping and data entry using QuickBooks.
  • Perform clerical duties such as proofreading, transcription, and filing.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
  • Support project coordination and track timelines.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Accurate typing and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with DocuSign preferred.
  • Prior administrative or personal assistant experience is a plus.
