Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Data Engineer to join Aldi’s National Data and Analytics (NDA) Team.
You’ll support end-to-end data solutions, collaborate with business partners, data scientists, and report developers, and help deliver data-driven insights across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level technical support
- Assist with data engineering projects
- Collaborate with various departments to translate business needs into technical solutions
About You:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- SQL scripting and data modelling experience
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Azure, DataBricks, Alteryx, or Python/PySpark (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
