Overview
Aston University is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Artificial Intelligence Researcher Development Network Plus (AI.RDN+), an innovative project funded by Research England. This interdisciplinary initiative explores how artificial intelligence tools can enhance doctoral research while promoting responsible and ethical use across universities.
You will manage all aspects of the project — including planning, communication, collaboration, reporting, and delivery — ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and visibility.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven project management experience in complex, multi-partner environments
- Knowledge of higher education and/or AI tools
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and measurable outcomes
