Soleo Health is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy and work remotely across the USA. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (Pacific Time Zone)
Type: Full-time
Work Location: Fully Remote

 Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process new referrals in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance details, and referral data.
• Manage updates to existing patient files, including therapy and insurance changes.
• Monitor shared email inboxes and route messages promptly.
• Scan, index, and process incoming faxes and emails within defined SLAs.
• Manage outbound communications with customers and providers.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Infusion experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in administrative or data entry roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
