Overview
Miniclip is seeking a Data Analyst to join its User Acquisition (UA) Analytics Team. You will transform UA data into actionable insights that drive growth and optimize marketing investments. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver skilled in data analysis, visualization, and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain UA performance dashboards in Looker.
- Support UA Managers with data requests, troubleshooting, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Use SQL and Python/R for data extraction, manipulation, and automation.
- Perform in-depth analyses on performance changes and market trends.
- Design and analyze geo-experiments and A/B tests to measure marketing impact.
Requirements
- Advanced SQL proficiency; experience with Python or R.
- Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Looker).
- Strong ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with experimental design and statistical testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Maths, Statistics, Engineering, etc.).
- (Bonus) Knowledge of mobile gaming performance marketing.
