Business Analyst | Pension and Benefits | London (Hybrid)
Our client, a global retirement solutions business, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Change team, driving delivery across a portfolio of transformation projects.
You will lead business analysis across complex change initiatives, shaping solutions that deliver real business value. Working closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams, you’ll define requirements, assess risks, and ensure smooth implementation of change.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis across multiple change initiatives
- Deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Communicate complex requirements to technical and non-technical audiences
- Drive continuous improvement and mentor junior analysts
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in Bulk Purchase Annuity or Pension Risk Transfer products (essential)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Skilled in Agile delivery and business change
- Background in IT and continuous improvement
