About the Role:
Home Instead Aylesbury is offering a sponsorship switch for Care Assistants. If you are currently on sponsorship with a domiciliary care agency but not getting enough hours, this is an excellent opportunity to secure guaranteed full-time hours. Flexibility is required, including weekends and evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and administering medication
- Assisting with daily living and home help tasks
- Preparing meals and monitoring clients’ diets
- Escorting clients to appointments
- Offering companionship and support to help clients remain independent
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year care experience (care home, hospital, or domiciliary care)
- Currently in the UK and on sponsorship
- Driver’s license and own vehicle beneficial
- Warm, empathetic, and people-oriented
