We’re seeking male support workers to join our compassionate team supporting a young gentleman with autism, who is non-verbal and has sensory needs. This is an opportunity to work in a values-led, person-centred service.
About the Role
- Support daily routines and promote independence
- Build trusted relationships through consistency and compassion
- Use proactive strategies to support emotional and behavioural needs
- Celebrate achievements and enable his interests and goals
- Collaborate with families, professionals, and the wider LIFE team
Requirements
- Experience supporting individuals with autism and complex needs
- Confidence in physical interventions (full training provided)
- Calm, compassionate, proactive personality
- Strong communication and team-working skills
