Compensation: $19–$22/hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain executive calendars, appointments, and emails
- Prepare presentations and spreadsheets
- Manage social media content and posting
- Streamline client operations with workflows and processes
- Administer CRMs and update client data
- Coordinate travel, events, and project management
- Provide personal assistance as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years administrative experience (3+ preferred)
- Availability during normal business hours, Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, reliable, and tech-savvy
- Home office setup with Mac/PC, reliable internet, and quiet workspace
