Overview
Vita Student is looking for a Night-Time Customer Service Assistant to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for our residents. You’ll maintain premium facilities, assist residents, and ensure our vibrant student accommodations run smoothly overnight.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome residents and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Maintain communal areas and ensure facilities are clean and safe
- Handle enquiries, manage parcels, and provide solutions to issues
- Conduct block walks, monitor safety, and manage incidents
- Replenish refreshments and vending stock
Requirements
- Experience in customer service with a proactive approach
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using operational systems
- Flexible, resilient, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and adaptability in a multicultural environment
