Overview
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Assistant to join our shop in Castle Bromwich. This is a permanent part-time position offering a variety of shifts, including weekends, with a minimum of 16 hours worked over 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Assistant, you will:
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly service
- Assist customers in finding products
- Serve quickly and efficiently at tills, helping with packing when needed
- Handle stock deliveries and place products on shelves or in freezers
- Work with your team to maintain shop cleanliness and safety
- Support daily and weekly shop routines
Requirements
You will need:
- A friendly, positive, and hardworking attitude
- Enjoy staying busy with a variety of tasks, from serving customers to stock rotation
- Reliability – your team and customers depend on you
- Flexibility to adjust shifts when necessary; rotas are planned three weeks in advance
