Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior/Intermediate Data Analyst to support our expanding healthcare neurodevelopmental services. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in analysing, interpreting, and presenting data related to ADHD and Autism pathways, including referrals, assessments, treatment activity, and waiting list management.
You will play a key role in supporting clinical operations, performance monitoring, and financial reporting by ensuring that all billable activity is accurately captured. Additional reporting responsibilities may extend to other areas of Harrow Health’s services.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile, clean, and analyse service data across ADHD and Autism pathways (referrals, assessments, treatments, waiting times).
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve operational performance and patient flow.
- Produce clear, visually engaging reports for internal teams, senior management, and commissioners.
- Support demand and capacity modelling, forecasting, and monthly activity reporting by contract, region/ICB, and KPI requirement.
- Work with the finance team to ensure all billable activity is captured accurately and submitted on time.
- Assist with ICB reporting and contractual data returns, ensuring data quality and completeness.
- Contribute to dashboard development to support service monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve data gaps and discrepancies.
- Create and manage business reporting cycles based on service requirements.
- Support quarterly quality reports and related reporting structures.
- Run SUS submission data and ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Manage MHMDS submissions, ensuring complete and accurate reporting.
- Conduct internal performance tracking and reporting (OPFA, OPFU, OPROC).
- Track medication issues, drug trends, and prepare issuing reports by contract, region, and ICB.
Activity Monitoring & Forecasting
- ADHD referrals and assessments
- Diagnosis and titration conversion rates
- Continuous prescribing data by ICB and Business Unit
- Annual review forecasting and performance tracking
- Monitoring activity vs. contractual caps
- Forecasting activity using monthly referral trend percentages
- Monitoring elective care services
Telephony Reporting
- Establish a telephony reporting regime for performance improvement.
- Develop real-time KPI dashboards for call handling.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly telephony performance reports.
- Produce KPI reporting at individual staff level.
Additional Duties
- Support Data Protection Toolkit submission.
- Assist with Digital Maturity Assessment.
- Contribute to Community Services Data Set (CSDS) submissions.
