Skills and Competencies
- Experience in advanced marketing operations, martech, or automation environments.
- Proven rollout of AI/ML applications from pilot to enterprise scale.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, API integrations, and marketing performance optimisation.
- Excellent analytical and commercial awareness.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
Responsibilities
- Lead design and optimisation of hybrid AI-human marketing workflows.
- Document and refine end-to-end workflows to enhance speed, scalability, and quality.
- Define standards for multi-agent AI collaboration aligned with Moody’s brand and strategy.
- Monitor workflow performance using KPIs and stakeholder feedback.
- Create, test, and refine prompts for AI-driven marketing automation.
- Maintain a version-controlled central prompt library.
- Ensure real-time, compliant data feeds for AI systems.
- Document integration processes across martech platforms.
- Build measurement frameworks and real-time dashboards.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Business Systems, and Engineering on AI-powered campaigns.
- Lead enablement sessions to promote AI-human collaboration.
