About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to lead new business across WFM, integration and productised services. This role suits an ambitious sales professional who understands the People Technology landscape and wants a strategic, commercially influential position.
You will generate and convert opportunities across:
- Workforce management & scheduling
- Time and attendance optimisation
- Enterprise integration and automation
- Productised services
- Support & optimisation solutions
You will also collaborate with the marketing team on outreach, campaigns and go-to-market activity.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Build and convert pipeline across WFM, integration and productised services
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to SOW
- Engage HR, IT, Digital, People Ops, Finance and Operations leaders
- Represent CDS at industry events and forums
Productised Services
- Position CDS’s repeatable offerings
- Communicate the value of structured, predictable delivery
- Identify opportunities for packaged solutions
Integration & Automation
- Qualify integration/data flow challenges across HR, scheduling and payroll
- Work with technical leads to scope and price integration projects
Marketing Collaboration
- Support targeted campaigns and outbound efforts
- Share insights on client challenges and market trends
- Assist in refining messaging for WFM, integration and productised services
Commercial Ownership
- Produce proposals, pricing and SOWs
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data
- Contribute to commercial and product portfolio strategy
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Experience selling WFM, scheduling, People Tech, HR systems, payroll tech or enterprise integrations
- Strong track record with mid-market or enterprise deals
- Understanding of integration and data-flow challenges
- Ability to engage HR, IT and Operations stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage full-cycle sales independently
Desirable:
- Experience selling productised/repeatable services
- Consultancy or professional services background
- Familiarity with workforce operations or scheduling
- Experience contributing to marketing, GTM or commercial strategy
