Role
Enhance Healthcare is offering UK Visa Sponsorship for experienced Senior Care Assistants and international candidates ready to begin their UK care career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, person-centred care.

- Support individuals’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary teams.
- Assist with personal care, safe moving techniques, and monitoring health changes.

- Communicate clearly and professionally.
- Supervise, mentor, and support care staff.
- Participate in training, SVQ development, and ongoing learning.
- Uphold confidentiality, GDPR, and professional standards.
