Salary: Up to £55,000 + 10% Yearly Bonus + £5,500 cash/car allowance

Overview
HomeServe is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Technology & Change Team in Walsall. You will play a key role in driving process improvement and digital transformation across the organisation.
We’re seeking someone with:
- Strong background in process mapping
- Hands-on experience with IFS systems
- Understanding of AI technologies to enhance business efficiency
This role is hybrid, with at least two days per week in Walsall. Travel to Nottingham or Preston offices may be required occasionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Run workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define business needs
- Identify goals and benefits of changes
- Analyse current (“AS IS”) processes and design future (“TO BE”) processes
- Document business requirements using Business Requirements Documents or Customer Stories
- Develop activity diagrams, use cases, and wireframes
- Ensure technical teams understand requirements
- Mentor peers and provide support in live issue resolution
About You
Essential Skills
- Experience in Scrum-based methodologies
- Operational experience in regulated environments
- Confident reporting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to simplify technical jargon for business audiences
- Degree-level qualification and relevant professional certifications
- Proficient in MS Office, Project, Visio, or other process modelling tools
Desirable Skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of FCA, insurance, or utility sectors
