Salary: £38,808 – £44,900 per year
Description
As our IT Project Manager, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of high-value software and cybersecurity projects, including our confirmed £200,000 contract and a potential £500,000 extension project.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing timelines, budgets, risks, and escalations
- Leading recruitment: shortlisting developers, writing job specs, interviewing and onboarding
- Training team members and checking deliverables for quality
- Ensuring deadlines and project milestones are achieved
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business growth through marketing, pitching, networking, and securing new contracts
- Optimising internal operations to improve efficiency and company performance
In this role, you will act as the right-hand person to the company director, ensuring both operational stability and long-term growth for X Power Ltd.
Location & Hours: London office, 37.5 hours per week. Some remote flexibility available once established.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery (Agile/Scrum, software development, cybersecurity)
- Proven track record in recruitment, staff training, and business development
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- UK residents preferred, but sponsorship is available
- X Power Ltd is close to receiving its Home Office Skilled Worker Sponsor Licence
- Occupation code: 2137 – IT Project and Programme Managers
- A Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) will be issued once the licence is granted (expected before April 2026)
