 Overview

Alphident Technologies Inc is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support a long-term DHS contract. This fully remote role involves managing, analyzing, tracking, and reporting data across multiple systems while supporting government operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving, gathering, analyzing, and organizing information from multiple sources to evaluate quality and completeness and resolve inconsistencies. Recording data in databases, documents, and spreadsheets. Developing and administering tracking mechanisms, user tools, and worksheets to track productivity, ensure mandates are followed, meet contractual deadlines, and respond to data calls. Generating, monitoring, and managing reports to measure and chart data including procurement requests, requisitions, and contracts. Updating and maintaining backups of generated reports and datasets. Managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Reviewing data and providing timely reminders and updates to staff and leadership. Creating and managing Outlook mail groups. Researching, identifying, tracking, and uploading active contracts and solicitations. Granting and removing access to files and channels in Microsoft Teams. Coordinating file management with the FOIA team. Assisting with data-related administrative duties. Developing user materials, job aids, and procedural documentation. Managing organization charts, calendars, worksheets, and similar tools. Generating summaries, charts, and reports. Providing timely task updates to leadership. Selecting relevant information from multiple sources to prepare accurate documents, reports, summaries, and responses. Participating in Integrated Project Teams as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required or six years of experience in the data management sector in lieu of a degree. Minimum of four years of documented experience in Data Management or Data Analyst roles. Experience with government contract-writing software such as PRISM is preferred. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background clearance and qualify for a government-issued ID badge (PIV card). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required.
