Overview
Givebutter is hiring a Webflow Developer to build interactive, story-driven web experiences that help nonprofits understand and fall in love with our platform. This role balances creativity, performance, and thoughtful brand execution across high-impact marketing and growth initiatives.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Product teams to shape first impressions and long-term growth experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize landing pages, sign-up flows, and marketing experiences in Webflow
- Support the marketing site rebrand and contribute to a reusable design system
- Translate Figma designs into responsive Webflow builds with advanced interactions
- Implement animations and effects (GSAP, scroll-based interactions, hover states)
- Run A/B tests and use performance data to guide improvements
- Improve Core Web Vitals, SEO performance, and site speed
- Build key pages such as pricing, comparisons, campaign pages, and microsites
- Manage Webflow CMS collections and analytics integrations
- Define Webflow best practices and documentation for marketing self-service
- Participate in Growth team support rotation during business hours
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building websites or marketing experiences
- Strong proficiency in Webflow, including CMS, interactions, and custom code
- Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
- Experience building Webflow design systems and scalable component libraries
- Ability to translate Figma designs into production-ready Webflow builds
- Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as PostHog or Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and technical SEO fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail and responsive design best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
