- Median average pay (with bonuses): ~$200/hour

Ideal Qualifications
- 3–10 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

- Experience with debugging, testing, and code validation
- Attention to detail and comfort with technical documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate real-world coding benchmarks in React, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Curate issues, solutions, and test suites from production repositories
- Create comprehensive unit and integration tests
- Ensure consistency and scalability of benchmark task distribution
- Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code
- Provide structured feedback on solution quality and clarity
