Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), a global consulting firm with over 11,000 professionals worldwide, is seeking a Digital & Technology Services (DTS) Knowledge Management Intern to join its London team. This hands-on internship supports the organization, documentation, and reuse of internal knowledge assets that drive client delivery and business development across the DTS practice.

The Team
The Digital & Technology Services (DTS) practice helps organizations design and deliver innovative digital solutions, including agile operating models, customer and product innovation, data and analytics, and intelligent automation platforms. You will collaborate with DTS consultants, leadership, and the Global Knowledge Management team across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and curate internal knowledge materials
- Improve storage, accessibility, and reuse of consulting collateral
- Engage with teams to understand existing knowledge assets
- Create communication and training materials to promote knowledge sharing
- Organize internal knowledge-sharing sessions
- Support marketing and internal initiatives as required
- Assist the London DTS team on client-related activities
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Technology, Information Science, or Library Science
- Strong interest in knowledge management, content management, or archiving
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or SharePoint is an advantage
- Fluent business-level English
- Additional European languages (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) are desirable
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
