Overview

Fire Fighters Charity is seeking two Operations Support Administrators to join its Operations team. These roles are vital in ensuring effective use of capacity and resources, enabling timely access to care for serving and retired members of the UK fire family.

You will work within a small team, reporting to the Operations Support Manager, and will play a key role in managing bookings, cancellations, and capacity across in-person and virtual services.

Working Patterns

  • Role 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
  • Role 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

 Responsibilities

  • Manage bookings and cancellations for in-person and virtual appointments
  • Monitor and maintain real-time visibility of capacity and occupancy
  • Support effective coordination of placements and workflows
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with data protection requirements
  • Work closely with internal teams to maximise service capacity
  • Ensure data accuracy to support reporting, trend analysis, and decision-making

Person Specification

You will have:

  • Administrative experience in health, social care, or a similar setting
  • Experience using booking or scheduling systems
  • Strong data entry skills and willingness to learn data analysis techniques
  • Experience maintaining confidential records
  • Exposure to CRM or Case Management systems
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM / Case Management systems

Experience with electronic bed management systems is desirable but not essential.
