Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client goals
- Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams
- Handle client requests and issue escalations effectively
- Support administrative and operational tasks including data entry, system updates, and scheduling
Requirements
- Proven experience managing client relationships (client success, sales, hospitality, or related fields)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
