Night Senior Nurse
Location: Wellington Grange, Chichester, West Sussex
Salary: £27.52 – £30.32 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends (paid breaks included)

Overview
Colten Care is looking for an experienced Night Senior Nurse to join our strong clinical team at Wellington Grange, one of our luxury care homes in Chichester, West Sussex. This role offers the opportunity to take part in senior clinical decision-making while delivering outstanding, resident-centred care.
You will lead night shifts, support the wider care team, and build meaningful relationships with residents, making a positive difference to their health and wellbeing every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the night shift and allocate duties to nurses and care staff
- Work collaboratively with Senior Care Leads and multidisciplinary teams
- Promote and role model best clinical practice
- Support student nurses and Trainee Nurse Associates
- Maintain high standards of resident safety, dignity, and wellbeing
About You
- Registered Nurse with excellent clinical knowledge and sound judgement
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive, proactive, and team-focused approach
- Experience in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, and end-of-life care
- Willingness to act as or train to become a Practice Assessor or Supervisor
