Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, cleaning, and augmenting datasets for high-quality model training
- Training, fine-tuning, and evaluating AI models, including agentic workflows and feedback loops
- Applying ML/DL techniques such as classification, regression, and feature extraction
- Building semantic search and root-cause analysis capabilities for mobile communication logs
- Benchmarking and optimising AI model performance
- Supporting cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD automation
- Developing clean, intuitive web interfaces to visualise AI functionality
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid Python development skills
- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Understanding of cloud platforms, with Azure preferred
- Familiarity with MLOps and DevOps concepts
- Experience building web UIs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
- An ambitious and curious mindset with a passion for impactful AI solutions
