Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat and respond promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and account inquiries
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Document interactions and maintain accurate chat records
- Identify trends in inquiries to improve service delivery
- Collaborate with the support team to enhance chat responses and resources
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while managing multiple chat conversations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in live chat or online support
- Excellent written communication skills, clear and professional
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple chats at once
- Proficiency with customer support software and live chat tools
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
