Overview
Mitie is looking for a reliable and proactive Cleaner to deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLAs and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure cleaning equipment is clean, well maintained, and safe to use
- Follow agreed cleaning schedules and service level agreements
- Build knowledge of the cleaning area, equipment, and chemicals used
- Comply with Health and Safety requirements and complete required training
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to communicate and read basic English
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated approach
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking attitude
- Professional and dependable work ethic
