Overview
Typo is entering an exciting new era, and we’re looking for a Part-Time Key Holder to be part of our bold brand refresh. This role is perfect for someone who loves retail leadership, customer engagement, and bringing creative energy to the shop floor.
As a Key Holder, you’ll support store management to ensure smooth daily operations while motivating and guiding the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations
- Ensure sales associates meet attendance, productivity, and morale expectations
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and engaging store environment
Availability
- 4 hours per week (Permanent)
- Must be available on weekdays and weekends
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts when required
What We’re Looking For
- Retail sales experience with confidence in product engagement
- Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong sense of urgency and task ownership
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to motivate and support team members
