About the Role

As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will support children overnight, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing. Your role plays a key part in helping young people feel valued and secure.

The home is rated Good in all areas by OFSTED and supports up to six young people with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and associated behaviours. Some children are non-verbal or have limited communication and use tools such as picture boards, Smartbox devices, and Makaton.

  • Experience in a residential childcare environment
