Overview
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer (React) with strong cloud deployment experience to design and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, cloud specialists, and AI teams to build production-ready applications that integrate AI-driven components and handle large-scale data workloads.
Experience with Microsoft Azure is preferred, though AWS experience is also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Optimise applications for performance, responsiveness, and high data throughput
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
- Integrate front-end solutions with AI-powered services, including LLM-based APIs and Agentic AI systems
- Work with containerised environments such as Docker
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support reliable, repeatable deployments
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience as a Senior Frontend Developer or similar role
- Expert knowledge of React, including hooks, modern patterns, and state management
- Strong experience deploying applications to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
- Proven experience integrating with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Familiarity with Docker and container-based deployment models
- Experience working with high-traffic applications or large datasets
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimisation and observability
