Overview
Join a full-time beauty influencer’s team as a Social Media Assistant (Part-Time)! Perfect for someone managing other remote work or social media clients. This role requires about 10 hours per week, with a guaranteed pay bump after 6 months and 2 weeks of paid personal time off per year.
Responsibilities
- Edit videos to create dynamic, elevated short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Manage and schedule posts 6 days a week (Mon–Thu, Sat–Sun), including IG Stories
- Cross-post videos on LTK with affiliate links
- Design eye-catching graphics on Canva (or similar) for thumbnails and still posts
- Ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand tone
- Perform maintenance tasks such as organizing videos into playlists or removing bot followers
Experience & Requirements
- Prior experience in social media or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of social media trends
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and similar applications
- Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail
- Prompt communication and ability to execute quick turnarounds
