Job Overview
Rise Above Sports Group LLC is seeking a Scouting & Performance Analyst Intern to support player recruitment and development through data research, performance analysis, and scouting insights. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about sports analytics, talent identification, and player development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on player statistics, performance metrics, and scouting reports
Create player evaluations and talent assessments for recruitment
Identify potential player prospects for international league placements
Compile detailed reports on player strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
Assist with video analysis and performance breakdowns
Qualifications
Knowledge of sports analytics, player scouting, or performance evaluation
Strong research and data analysis skills
Experience using Excel, scouting databases, or sports analysis software
