Position: Community Children’s Support Worker – Flexible Shifts

We are seeking caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Community Children’s Support Workers to join our growing team in Milton Keynes. This role involves providing one-to-one support to children in their own homes and within the community, helping them develop independence, confidence, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to children in their homes and local community
- Promote independence and assist with daily routines and activities
- Support with personal care where required
- Encourage emotional, physical, and social well-being
- Build positive relationships with children and their families
- Work closely with parents, guardians, and professionals to deliver person-centred care
- Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding and company policies
Requirements
- UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
- Proven experience supporting children in residential or home-based settings (essential)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently and within a team
