Overview
Croma Security Solution is seeking experienced Guest Service Ambassadors / Security Officers to join the team at The Avenue Shopping Centre. This role combines 5-star customer service with a professional security presence, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistent 5-star guest experience
- Maintain a visible, professional, and customer-focused presence
- Proactively greet and assist visitors
- Carry out regular patrols as required
- Operate and interact with CCTV systems when necessary
- Issue visitor passes in line with sign-in and sign-out procedures
- Ensure fire exits remain clear and report Health & Safety issues
- Maintain high levels of security awareness at all times
- Complete detailed handovers at the end of each shift
Person Specification
- Professional, flexible, proactive, and self-motivated
- Strong passion for customer service excellence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident working independently and using initiative
- Immaculate personal presentation
- High level of confidentiality and security awareness
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles
Essential Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence (essential)
- Five years of verifiable work history
- CCTV experience
- First Aid qualification (desirable)
