Job Details
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time, overtime available, weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Train customers on how to navigate and use TherapyNotes software
- Educate users on core features and advanced functionality
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and email support requests
- Support behavioral health professionals, administrators, and billing teams
- Accurately document and manage support tickets
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and customer care
- Develop strong knowledge of TherapyNotes features and services
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- At least 2 years of remote work experience
- Experience in high-volume call or phone support (preferred)
- Familiarity with help desk or multichannel support software (preferred)
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to work limited nights and weekends
