About the Role
Spotify is looking for enthusiastic students with a strong interest in Machine Learning, AI, and emerging technologies. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working at one of the world’s leading audio streaming companies.
This internship is intentionally exploratory, meaning projects may evolve based on team needs, new ideas, and your interests.
What You’ll Do
- Experiment with machine learning and modern AI tools, including large language models (LLMs)
- Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and early-stage features
- Explore new machine learning models, libraries, and workflows
- Learn how AI systems are evaluated and prepared for real-world deployment
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, designers, and product partners
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or enrolled in a coding or AI bootcamp
- Graduation year: 2026 or 2027
- Available from June 15 to August 21, 2026
- Have valid UK work authorization covering the internship period
- Programming experience in Python, Java, or similar languages
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn through hands-on experimentation
- Interested in machine learning, generative AI, or large language models
Work Arrangement
- Based at Spotify’s London office
- Hybrid model: three days per week in the office
