About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Administrator to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage listings and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
- Respond to enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate viewings and inspections with potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of tenant agreements and key documents
- Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, filing, and data entry
- Support the wider team with projects and ongoing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (property management software experience is an advantage)
