About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Administrator to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage listings and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
  • Respond to enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate viewings and inspections with potential customers
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant agreements and key documents
  • Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, filing, and data entry
  • Support the wider team with projects and ongoing initiatives

  • Previous experience in an administrative role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (property management software experience is an advantage)
