The company has reimagined traditional sports pins with a patent-pending collectible product and partners with major professional teams across MLB, NBA, and NHL, including the San Diego Padres, Texas Rangers, Chicago Cubs, Brooklyn Nets, LA Kings, and more.
Position Overview
Players Pins is seeking a detail-oriented and sports-curious Data Entry Intern to join its growing team. This fully remote role provides hands-on experience working with real business data in a fast-moving sports licensing startup. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams while learning how a licensed product brand operates behind the scenes.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in business operations, CRM systems, and the sports industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update client, order, and product data in the Monday.com CRM
- Review, verify, and correct data inconsistencies
- Clean and organize data following email campaigns and outreach efforts
- Create simple reports and summaries for internal teams
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Participate in routine data audits and quality checks
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Google Workspace tools
- Interest in CRM systems (training provided)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Clear written communication via Slack and Zoom
- Interest in sports, collectibles, or streetwear culture is a plus
Compensation
- $8–$17 per hour (based on location)
- Fully remote
- No medical benefits
