About the Role:
PalmPay is seeking an Operations Support Officer to manage customer complaints, resolve disputes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on customer complaints and abnormal issues, liaising with relevant teams for timely solutions.
- Set up and manage systems for lodging disputes and ensure effective resolution.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline reconciliation processes.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
