Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organise office correspondence and documentation
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems
- Schedule client equipment for testing and coordinate deliveries
- Support inventory management of supplies and equipment
- Provide professional phone support and customer service
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Office tools
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Effective communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
